    Classic Movie Thread

    Advertisements
Okay, so as I'm supposed to be in bed for 2 whole weeks(not gonna happen), I am trying to watch as many classic movies as I can.

So far, I have watched Cool Hand Luke, and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. And, yes, I have a crush on Paul Newman.

So, Cool Hand Luke-Not the typical kind of movie that I like, however, I can definitely see how it is a classic. It was really good. It was a lot slower than modern movies, but for sure a must see.

Cat on a Hot Tin Roof-Honestly, I was expecting more. I don't know, I felt kind of disappointed. The highlight of the movie was how utterly beautiful Elizabeth Taylor and Paul Newman are. Other than that, eh.

So, feel free to post movies that I should watch or comments on the movies I have posted. I'm going to do this for awhile, probably sporadically, but for some time.

I LOVE Paul Newman...those eyes! And in cool hand luke he is just beautiful!

I also love Breakfast at Tiffanys, Singing in the Rain, Anchors Aweigh, Roman Holiday, of course I can't remember any of the good ones, I need to check out my movie collection...

I hope you get a chance to see Casablanca one day. It's really a classic and one of my favorites. It stars Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman. TMC just aired it, so you might have to wait a while.

Love Breakfast at Tiffany's. Great movie! Also, LOVE Roman Holiday, so bittersweet.

Of the ones mentioned, I haven't seen Anchors Aweigh, so I'll add that to my list.

Casablanca is my second favorite movie of all time. I LOVE it! It has a little bit of everything.

I haven't seen any of these, so I'll add them! Thanks!

My 3rd favorite of all time. I may squeeze it in just because it has been awhile since I watched it.

I haven't seen it, but it is like #1 on my list. I can't wait to watch it. I love those two. I still get sad thinking that they are both gone.
