A bit dissapointing. I didnt even finish the whole thing. I used to love the show and this just seemed fake. And daisy was a brunette!! Oh well. Dh didnt care for it either...

i enjoyed the movie prolly mostly for the car lol though i do wish i had an ass like jessica's in the movie b/c **** it looked good

Yeah hubby and I thought it was terrible. Jessica Simpson was a train wreck, it looked like she was reading off of cue cards for her total of something like 15 lines! I will admit she looked good though...

And I usually love Sean Williams Scott or whatever the hell his name is, but this just wasn't a good role for him. Actually, it wasn't so much the actors (besides Jessica) that were bad, it was more the script that was terrible.

Anyways, DH and I didn't like it all... he liked the cars and thats about it.

Bill and I thought it was pretty funny. I mean, it definetly wasn't the best movie we've ever seen, and Bill still thinks Catherine Bach was by far the best Daisy Duke

We enjoyed it. I thought it was a funny/cute movie, definately seen funnier/better movies though.

I've heard the same things that you mentioned from several people. A lot of people said the lines or scripts were really fakey and very scripted sounding.

I doubt we'll watch it. At least 3/4 of the reviews I've heard have been terrible, so I think we'll skip it.

Yeah she looked good but she did a horrible job as daisy. ANd daisy was a brunette. Catherine Bach IS daisy duke. It just didnt do it for me I guess. I almost felt like they were kinda making a mockery of the classic shows. Oh well
