I don't think Bristol's life should be relevant, but I do think that if my mom were going to be a vp candidate, I would have taken the photos off whatever site they were on. Or if I were Palin I would request that my daughter please keep her mother's political position in mind when taking pictures. I mean kids will do these things, but she's 17 and I think she should know what could affect her mother....that's not really fair to Bristol but that's life man. IMO

And this goes for all family members. If I were a governer I wouldn't want my husband taking pictures throwing up offensive gang signs...etc. I think that if you are in a family that has someone in a position of power then in a way you need to act the part. yeah not fair and I wouldn't want to have to watch my back but if you're in the big chair, then your fmaily is in a way also. |

Yes, a THIRD quote. I'm so lame and I'm slow. Forgive me. When I say these things, I mean them only under the context that a politician's family IS being scrutinized. They are being watched and it shouldn't be that way, but unfortunatly that is the case. And since it's the case, the family should be mindful of that. My personal opinion is that only the politician should be under the radar. And by under the radar I am pertaining only to his POLITICAL decisions, not whether or not he's a vegetarian or whether he cheats on his wife or not (however dishonorable that may be). Okay that's all. ![]()
