Well I personally feel that we need another Bush in office. If he could run again, he'd have my vote 110% of the way, thus the reason I'm voting for McCain. I'd rather have some crusty ol' Marine be President-someone who's there for our military and someone who actually gives a damn about our country, than some man who can't even show Patriotism for the Country he's wanting to run-how can you be President and not even say the Pledge of Allegiance or sing our National Anthem? That to me is ludacris and I don't think he should be given a chance to run our country.

Alas, there are many accounts of what happened that day @ the Iowa Steak Fry (I can't believe this is over a freaking steak fry!) , there are many rules that date back VERY far about the Pledge, and Star Spangled Banner, BUT, modern custom does not require a hand over the heart. You show your respect with your demeanor, regardless of if you place your hand over your heart, take your hat off your head, stand at attention and salute, if you are standing respectfully, gazing upon our flag, and are engaged in the performance, then you are being respectful and therefor observing protocol. Alot of people choose not ti place their hands over their hearts, for whatever reason, it's a personal choice.

Truly I think that people are getting so caught up in insignificant **** to really see the REAL issues of this election, and it is rather worrisome. A lapel pin, no placing his hand over his heart, Rev. Wright, some stupid made up stuff about being Muslim... who cares! Does he have the experience? YES! Does he have the motivation? YES! Does he have a plan to make America better? YES. I want a president who can LEAD, who has AMAZING ideas on how to help our nation return to the strong respected nation that it once was, I want a leader who can speak to millions and not only be heard, but respected - I could careless if that man wore a clown suit, he has the vision to make America better, and I couldn't ask for anything more than that in a canidate.

If that is "being there for our soldiers and giving a damn about the country" then.... man... I have no idea
