Bill & Hillary
Does anyone else get the feeling that Bill Clinton is sticking his nose a little too far into his wife's campaign? Do you think it's a sort of showing how things would be if Hillary takes office? Instead of one president, we will have a husband/wife team?
The more he involves himself, the more uneasy I get.

They've always said it was a two for one deal, even when he was running or in office. I don't like it. I have more respect for him since he got out of office, and I will give it to them that they are both smart, and play the game well, but in some ways, I don't even think he should be campaigning for her at all... because he's not "just" her husband... he also happens to be an ex president that has a lot of influence whether he means to or not...(and in most cases he obviously means to)

I think all spouses practice influence over the white house/ presidency. But I do agree that they are being a little too open about it and it is creeping people out. I actually feel bad for Bill. I think he is just misguided with his support efforts and that he doesn't mean to make her look bad... he is just trying to help. It seems like as a former president it would be hard to know where your "place" was in that situation.
That being said I am still hoping the campaign manages to wrangle him in soon. You can't be lettin him run around all unsupervised and whatnot, lol!

I feel even more uncomfortable about it. Face it, the Clintons were already there and I believe She wore the pants in that presidency. I have no problem with a woman president...but she has already been there.
Whatever I guess.

I have thought, on more than one occasion, that her campaing is - at least to him - a way for him to try and get another 4-8 years in office. SHE may not be looking at it that way but he has said/done things to make it seem HE does.
