Halloween care packages

I made one last year for C when he was in Iraq but mostly just sent candy since I knew he couldn't do much. This year he is in Oki so I went to the halloween store today so I could start brainstorming what to send.. I plan on sending stuff for him, and a few of his close friends..

I was thinking maybe sending some masks, or funny hats, and just some other little things like those ugly teeth and squishy eyeballs, rubber spiders, & a bunch of candy.. what else could I send or what could I send instead? I found some cool masks but I don't really know what DH has planned for the day or if he and his friends would even wear them and they aren't returnable so I dont want to be stuck with them.. I'm pretty sure they could have fun with them but I'm just not sure yet.. so I didn't buy anything today... what are some ideas that you have?

Im working on one with popcorn balls, candy, masks or some simple costume thing (he wont wear it but he'll laugh), and then I'll probably go to the halloween section of target and the dollar store and just grab random festive things.

I am planning on sending DH some of the things you are sending..but I am adding some scary DVD's, a small plastic pumpkin, I am going to get a couple of paper masks, get some Halloween themed books (crosswords, coloring books), I am going to make some Halloween pumpkin and witch sugar cookies, stickers, themed bubble jar, and I am going to get alot of those party favors to throw in there (glow in the dark skeleton, glow sticks..etc)
