Stay busy!!! And try to have some sort of support system where you can just vent and they understand without saying a word.

this is definetly a good place to find support, especially on the days when you just feel like you need to scream....because most of the time your friends and family just don't understand...stay as busy as you can, make lists of stuff you need to or want to do, so that when the times pop up and you can't think of a single thing to do, you have some ideas to keep you busy...keep your head up sweetie
we're all here for you if you need anything!

A support system is very important. You need a group of friends that are going through the same as you (like us ).
