A normal day when your SO is deployed..? - During Deployment

Sooo I was thinking the other day about how I am constantly on the go on a day to day basis, i just got another job about a month ago and am now working 55hrs a week. Welll I am wondering what all you ladies do on a normal day to keep yourself occupied! So lets hear it..what is your daily schedule like..?!?

Heres mine...
Wake up @ 6, go for a run..shower...go to work 8-5 and then to my 2nd job 5:30-7, come home eat dinner take the puppy for a walk and maybe get in a tv show..skype w/ DB 9-930

(if its a normal day for him) and then its bedtime...wake up and do it alll over again the next day.

And this happens M-Sat. and Sunday is my only day off

Wake up at 6:30 Am surf the net and just relax alittle and shower.

7am get kids up ready for school

7:50am drop kids at school

8:00am Come home and either relax or go to coffee with my friend.

Do nothing really except work on blog most of the day.

1:45 leave to pick up kids for school ...they get out at 2:05 pm

Most of the night do nothing except help with homework and be lazy lol.

6:30 am get up, shower, get dressed for work.
7:25 I am out of the door and on my way to work.
8-5 I am at work and sometimes 8-8.

After work I grocery shop, work out, read, watch a movie, go work on a care package. Meet a friend for coffee. I am a home body, I like being home during the evening and doing home like things. My days usually goes by pretty fast. Especially if I am busy at work.

Sometimes I am in bed by 9:30 or 10.

i have a 2 year old and i'm almost 7 months pregnant so my days aren't as structured as yours!

i usually wake up around 8am and my schedule revolves around my son because i am staying home with him. we run errands, play outside, go to the park, practice riding his trike, color, paint. i'm staying with my mom while DH is deployed so i try to get our room clean, finish unpacking.... whatever else we can think of.

i get to talk to DH whenever he is able to call which is 10-15 mins 1-3 times a week, usually between 2-4am.

On weekdays I work for 8 hours of the day (not including travel time), go out to see my horse, then go back and do whatever chores need to be done, make dinner, try to relax, and work on my projects (quilting, cross stitch). On weekends it's similar except without work.

The days still don't go fast enough. Especially on office days.

You have a busy schedule! I go for either a jog or run at 6am in the morning as well and I take the pooch. I work 8:30a-4:30p Mon-Fri and have weekends off. I usually will watch tv shows on DVD. Currently I am catching up on my Dexter. This deployment is crazy because their is no normal time for me to talk to DB so I am lucky whenever I get the chance. I stay busy usually doing outdoor activities like riding my bike, hitting around golf balls and going kayaking with the dog too haha! I hang with my friends a few times a week, sometimes I like to have my own time though and just be alone.

I get up anywhere between 7:15 and 8:30 depending on my work schedule (which varies) and how late the pups will sleep. I let them out, feed me, the cats, the dogs. Play fetch with the pups if I get up early enough or go for a run. Shower and work for the next 8 hours. Get off work and eat and since it's dark out so early, go to the gym and workout if I didn't run in the morning. Come home and watch TV/movie, email DH, catch up on MSOS, then go to bed and read for a little while and repeat.

It's probably best to keep yourself busy like that. I went to school some, but most of the days I was waiting by the computer in hopes of talking to my man while he was deployed. It was a little ridiculous, but I wouldn't change anything because it kept us connected while he was away for a year.

He usually does, and it makes my day every day. I don't know...it just makes everything so much better when I hear from him before I start my day!

Go to class and sometimes work.

Come home and we usually cam for an hour or two every night!

Yeah...so basically that's it. I lead a boring life during the week. Weekend I try to do something fun but I still mostly schedule my day around cam time!

Mainly because it's really important to him to see me every day. It makes it easier for him to make it through the day, and I will do whatever I can to make this deployment easier on him!

I wake up about 8, get my daughter a cup of milk.
get her dressed for the day, make her some breakfast, while she's eating breakfast I get on my laptop. The rest of the day is pretty much us just playing and what not until she eats lunch then she takes a nap about one. I finally get into the shower at that time. Then we just do whatever until bed time.
