So I heard from DB this morning which was GREAT hearing his voice just made my day 10x's better considering it's been a rough morning. I know he's in a bad area in Afghanistan but hearing the gun fire in the background kind of just makes it worse and makes me worry 100x's more than i already do. He was laughing but that's his way of putting me at ease. I just miss him so much!! I'm use to having him here to talk about everything that's going on and now that he's deployed i kind of don't want to bother him with all my problems. I found out yesterday i'm laided off starting December 1st and then this morning i was backing out of my driveway and i hit my brothers car. It didn't do anything to his car just dented mine to the point where i can't get the passenger door open. So i have 3 weeks to find a new job or i'm not going to have one, my car is messed up, i'm stressed with my DB being deployed, i'm trying to lose weight and that's not going well. Such is life i guess. I know things could be a lot worse and i'm so thankful things aren't, i'm just a little frustrated with everything right now. I hope everyone is having a good day!!

the fact that your SO is upbeat on the phone with you is very encouraging
i understand completely the whole 'always having gone to him and now you can't really right now' it's kind of a downer. but he would want to know that you're pulling through stronger in all of this. it's always that 'when it rains, it pours'. i know you're going to figure it all out one thing at a time.

Oh girl how I feel your pain! I know it's scary to hear things in the background. Sometimes they are just testing out ammo though so don't worry any more than you have to. It's easy to say but I worry just as much as you do. Don't feel bad about worrying your DB with your problems. Unless you are constantly only talking about negative things then I am sure he doesn't mind being there for you as much as he can through a telephone. It helps keep him connected to your world and life and what is going on. If you feel you need to vent to someone and don't want to bother him, that's what were for here! Use the support system as much as you need, we don't mind
I'm sorry to hear you are getting laid off and about the car. Everything usually has a strange way of working out though. What did you do at your last job? I don't know about your area but I know here in Michigan, there are always openings in the school district for substitute teachers assistants, secretaries and bus aides. You might want to check with your local school board and see what is available. Don't sweat the car too much, as long as it runs you will get by for now. I really hope things start looking up for ya! Feel free to pm me if you'd like.

Thank you everyone for your support! My day is getting better! If this is the worst that can happen to me then I will def be ok! It's just everything at once can be a little overwhelming. I'm staying positive though! Thank everyone again for their support!
