R&R
Our R&R is soon, I haven't been able to talk to DF in awhile so I have a few questions
 Did you hear from your SO once he/she got to Kuwait or Germany waiting for the plane? If not when did you hear from them? How many days did it take for them to get home? I know it all depends on the weather.

I think we heard from him in Texas or wherever it is they fly into.
 He might have called his mom from Kuwait there. I can't remember. I just remember freaking out and driving to Fresno texting Ashley about nervous poo.  I wanna say it took him about 3 days... but one of his groomsmen left Iraq two days before and got here the same day.

I heard from him in Kuwait, was going to call me from Germany but didnt have time apparently then got a call from him in Texas telling me when his final flight would be. Took about 3 days total from the day he left till he arrived in Seattle. So glad you get to see him soon!!!

how long did it take for your men to get from starting point to germany?? Does anyone know? My DH thinks its going to take 4-5 days and im meeting him there and dont want to show up 3 days after he gets there if it only ends up taking a day or 2

it's been driving me crazy the past few days not knowing anything. i wake up every morning wondering is this going to be the day, should i get dressed and ready early

Jake is deployed to Kuwait, but I had a rough idea when he left there. But, he didn't have time to call me from Atlanta (he literally ran from customs to the plane). I got woken up with a 'Hey I'm in Seattle' phone call.
