It seems like it was just yesterday when I was only 1/3 into this deployment. I can't believe where I am now.

I'm ready for this to be over and I know he is too. He said to me the other day, I just want this to be over so I can get on with the next phase of our lives. Getting married, moving away....enough of Afghanistan already! Hang in there, girl, we'll make it.

I swear Id never see 6 months on my ticker either and Im still with ya, Iraq has had my man for far too long! DB is so ready to be home too its hard to be positive sometime when neither person is where they want to be.
