finally broke down. - During Deployment

today the waterworks started. i had been taking pride in the fact that i hadn't cried through everything -- and deployment is not the only thing going wrong in my life right now. but today my grandma said an offhand comment about my grandpa (who recently passed away) and then i came to my computer to see that i had missed my chance to talk to db today and i could not stop myself. now i can't STOP crying. i was afraid of this...i feel like such a little girl!

dont feel like a little girl we all have them days where we just cry and cry and just dont stop. As my mum said to me not long ago its better out than in.

I think we all go through it. It doesnt make you a little girl, it makes you human. You are an incredibly strong woman for making it this far!

It does not make you a little girl it makes you human. It is ok to cry, it is ok to hurt, it is ok to miss him. Shutting off your feelings does not make them go away, crying might (I hope) make you feel better.

Cry all you need to. It does help. It's not a sign of weakness .. and you probably need to get those emotions out. I'm here if you need anyone to listen!!

awww, you are NOT a little girl!!! you're HUMAN...it's normal to cry, it's normal to breakdown when things get too bed too much...it's SOOOO good you were able to let emotions out...

sometimes it's healthy to just let it ALL out...

Just cry and get it out. It's okay. I just had a big cry fest here too and I haven't cried since the day he left.. so it took me a good while thinking I was doing good then it hit me. Hang in there and take the good days and bad says. Just feel whatever you are feeling and get it out.

crying releases some of your emotions and that's better than just holding it all in, IMO.

I promise, the past three days I have cried more then I have cried in YEARS (but I'm not counting right now because I'm tearing up bad because I got mascara in both of my eyes).
