Some good thoughts for dh and his shipmates please - During Deployment

They are out right now just making sure that they can deploy next week....but they have had so many problems....and not engine related this time!!
They were short people before leaving and since being out they have lost 2 more people...one due to being very ill and the other due to stupidity...so now they are all working major over time to fill these spots....
If you guys could spare some good thoughts for them as they try to prepare for their deployment it would be greatly appreciated!!
