Good morning and happy friday my lovely ladies of MSOS!
It is that time again, I need to pick yalls brains..
what do yall know about international calling cards? DB called (for the first time in 2 weeks!!

) and he bought a cell phone!! So I can call him but I have to buy an international calling card.
Where can I get one? Are certain ones for certain countries? Best/Cheapest ones?

I used to buy some from Walgreens or Walmart. It can get expensive, but I'm sure it's totally worth it to ya. Yes, they're are cards for different countries-just be sure to pay attention to which one you're buying. You may have to call and get country codes, but it's not difficult to do and the directions will walk you through it. You probably won't have to do that, though.

I don't know how it will compare, but Skype to call an Afghan # is 35 cents / minute -- might be cheaper than some cards.

See thats whats weird though, the number it came up as on my phone when he called was just like a normal US number XXX-XXX-XXXX so its kinda weird..

The cell number was the same like a US number? DB's comes up as +xxxxxxxxxxxxx however many numbers there are.

yea it came up just like a US number...which I am assuming that means I cant call him back huh.. I just tried to call it back and someone answered it, and it definately wasn't DB... Now I'm massively confused lol
