R&R is approaching - During Deployment

In just a week and some change ( I still don't know the exact day) he'll be home for R&R!!!!!!!!

I'm so insanely excited AND nervous. For the last week I've hardly slept b/c I have 8 billions thoughts in my head btwn what I need to do before he gets here and what we will do while he is home. And I still have to decide what I'm wearing to pick him up. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh

I just had to get that out.

Off to start cleaning now so I look like I've had it together the last several months. How bad is that!?

SO .. here is my update to things I can check off my list in preparation of R&R.

I got my highlights today b/c I was bored at work (and a hair cut). THEN I saw this ''tingle factor'' tanning lotion in the break room so I put it on and jumped in a tanning bed for 10 minutes. I LOOK LIKE A LOBSTER. It definitely tingles. I'm white.. really white.. I dont know why I have done this when I can just get spray tanned next week before he comes home. I imagine I was thinking this fabulous tanning lotion would turn me into some tanned goddess.

I don't think I'll be doing that again .. now I'll just wait for the redness to go away. Seriously, driving home my butt was on fire and my pants were HOT from the heat radiating from my skin. Lol.
