Guys are retarded!!! - During Deployment

Ok so I dont know if I made the right decision or not, but I think I did!!! This boy that I dated back in 7th grade, I started talking to him on facebook because I heard he had went to the Navy, so I was just gonna he how he was liking since my bf was in the Navy!!! And we became pretty good friends....he would always ask me for advice about his gf and we had lunch together when he came home for christmas break, but we pretty much talked about our SOs the whole time!!! Well him and his gf broke up after and he admitted that he was starting to like me for more than just a friend! Well I told him that we just needed to stop talking because it wasnt fair to my DB since he was overseas that I continued to talk to this guy even when my DB was overseas!! Well I told my DB everything through an email!! Do u think I made the right decision!!

I dont think you needed to tell him, nothing really happend for you to feel bad about... you ended conversations with him as soon as he told you. But great for you for telling him... honesty is always great!

It was good that you were honest with him even though you really didn't have to worry about telling him. You were good and faithful to your DB

I think it's fine that you told him. I don't like keeping stuff from dh, so I would have too.

This is why, though, I say guys and girls can't really be friends, except in special circumstances. One or the other is going to end up with feelings. It's just how it is.

I think that it's good that you told him. This way he knows that you will never hide anything from him.
