deployment birthdays
What do you send your DH when there deployed on there birthday? i wanna send him something he'll like, something that will be sentimental, i just sent him a package so he doesnt need anything. Like really we already send them everythig they need so what is left to send. and they have limited space.

I just made DH a birthday box since he turns 30 on deployment. I put hostess cupcakes, a 30 birthday candle, plates, blowers, napkins, old geezer playing cards, a 30th birthday sign that the guys can sign, some 30th birthday beads, plus a t-shirt, MP3 player with songs uploaded onto it and lots of snacks. Seems like they can never have enough of those!

When my husband was gone on his brithday.. I sent him a box with food and lots of stuff to share with the other guys, and I also made him a website.. he went and looked on there and all his friends and family had written him things and I took there pictures and put it by what they said.. It was really fun and cute!

I would send him a personal message from you. IF you dont have a digital camera that takes videos then there is a disposable video camera that CVS sells that when you are done they will turn it into a DVD for you.
I did this for my DF with his family that I visited. I had each of them send a message to him and then mine. Send him pictures of you. I would make it a personal gift.
