so my biggest fear... - During Deployment

is that
[im going to dissapoint him]
yah im extremely scared
ive lost weight
but i still look horrible in my eyes
i ate a box of candy today and almost made myself sick i havent eaten candy in months and ive been just having the worst week that i gave in to temptation and i keep thinking how could i do that in less then two months he will be here to see you...he tells me im beautiful no matter what but i know its jsut not true. im not who i want to be and ive been trying so hard. i guess all i can do is keep dieting and keep excercising

but i know it wont do a damn thing. stupid PCOS. but all i can do is try. im just so afraid he will go back to Iraq and realize im not what he really wants...

Hun, it sounds like you did an awesome job working on the outside but now its time to work on the inside. That will come in time. Im learning that lesson myself right now and of course he's still going to love you. Your still that girl he fell in love with just stronger and more beautiful than ever

Congrats on the weight loss. You should be so proud of yourself!

He loves you for everything on the inside, not just what's on the outside. If there is something that makes it difficult for you to obtain the physical fitness/health goals that you have, he understands that, because he loves you. I don't think he'll be disappointed. I think he's going to appreciate your efforts and continue to tell you he loves you no matter what. Hang in there.

awwww sweetie. I know how that feels. I lost a ton of weight during our first deployment and now in our second as well. Now whenever I pig out it's like some weird guilt trigger. You are beautiful. Never forget that!
