Okayyyy so before DH left we printed off like every single picture we've ever taken together and they are ALLLL OVER my apartment.

I think Amanda said she has a button with her DF on it?? (I really want to make one, where can i get one made??)

I know alot of girls at my school have sweaters, shirts with like "i love my soldier/marine/sailor, etc etc

My question is, what do you do to kind of remember your man allll the time???


I really am in one of those creative moods and I miss DH like crazy...i just had a hoodie made with his name on it

I teach and each month a class makes a themed box to send his team. Do you know any student teachers at school that might want to have the kids make cards for the holidays....there is nothing that can make ya smile like a card from a little one

when i taught, i had my kids make stuff for him all the time. it was great! and it was fun to remember him by sharing him with my students.
for this times around, dh gave me a bouquet of yellow roses the day before he deployed. i dried a couple of the flowers and keep them in my dresser, where i see them everyday. and when i send him a letter, i tape a petal to the inside.

OMG, I wish I was a teacher. DB's roommate's Mom is, and her class makes cards for him.. they're 1st or 2nd grade I think. They write the cutest stuff! And draw funny pictures. I would love Maddox to evaluate them

i used to teach elementary and i got my kids to make him cards...well they drew him and me with all these hearts all over it...they tried to draw tanks and every single card had a fart coming out of my butt!!!!!!!!!!!!! my dbs mom saw and she was like oh do you have a problem??? and i was like NOOOO they are just little kids obsessed with farting hahahaha

i wear his dog tags and his clothes... and i know it sounds gross i keep some of his laundry un washed
