Montpelier SO's??

Are there any other Montpelier SO's around? I read back a lot of pages but didn't see any mention of the sub. My understanding is it's already deployed. DF will be shipping out to meet up with it in a few weeks and I'd love to find other sub SO's!

I'm a Montpelier gf/fiancee (in secret). I'll be moving to Norfolk in August! Will your DF be coming home with the sub as well? It'd be great to have another MSOS-er on the pier for HC

she's the one I was referring to.

yup, he'll be coming home with the sub. he just re-enlisted and they assigned him to that one. i hope i'm not breaking any rules with giving too much information. all i know so far is the sub was already out. he's in training now and will be leaving next month to meet up with the sub then have about 3 months out till he comes back. this will be our first deployment together since he's been on shore duty the last 4 years. I'm a bit nervous so i'm glad ot know i'm not the only one on here!

You haven't put too much info out, so don't worry about that. Yea, the sub left a bit ago...(see ticker) We can say the month that they return, but we can't give days. It's against OPSEC rules.

glad to be here! i'll be sure not to give the specifics. i'm learning all that still but it makes sense.
