Ft. Lewis! - Deployment Support Groups

Looking for those whose SO's have deployed or will be deploying soon. My DH is packing his box that goes ahead as i'm typing.

Fort Lewis will be alone as soon as 3-2 and 4-2 deploy, I would like to get to know others before their SO's deploy or the ones who have deployed to offer support, fun movie nights with others in the same boat, or even playdates for parents like me who have children.

I hope to meet new people soon.

Cant forget 5-2 as well! I feel bad all my friends husbands are deploying this summer. Shouldnt be too hard to find more ladies to spend time with when they leave.

My hubby leaves at the end of the summer, but he is at training right now. I'm at Lewis, and there are some wonderful ladies 'round here!

my husband is 5-2 and leaving in the next couple weeks, i live off base and dont really know anyone, im freaked out about it

I know a real nice girl in Puyallup that you might get along with she is with 3-2 and she will stay here during her DHs deployment, she has no children so I know it would make it easy for both of you to hang out. I'll talk to her and shoot you over a PM.

Oh ya, sorry, I couldn't remember. Thank you. This post will feel lonely when 3-2, 4-2, and 5-2 leave. Its kinda tuff knowing that alot of spouses move home.

I live on Ft. Lewis and have a 4 1/2 year old daughter and a baby on the way. My husband is with 5-2 and he left yesterday. I am looking for some people to hang out with as well and for some children my daughter can play with. Contact me anytime!
