Can't Sleep...

I can't sleep... and looking at everyones ticker thingies, including mine, is just making me mad!! I hate this. ugh and it's just the beginning.

I know this sounds horrible... but sometimes I don't even want to live. I don't want to live without him that is. I think of all the horrible things going on in the world, all around us. And I just don't want to be a part of it. I could never do anything... it's just how I feel, a lot lately.

have you thought about maybe talking to someone about how youre feeling?
these emotions youre expressing seem a little too intense for just a deployment...im not syaing deployments arent hard and sucky, but you shouldnt literally feel like its the end of the world without your SO.
Explore your independence. You shouldnt have to rely on him for your happiness.

I started seeing a counselor before he even left. it's helped a lot.
