Countdown is on...
Well we have less than a few months before Dh leaves again. My sentences are starting with "before you deploy" or "when you get back" Its starting to creep up on me since his training is keeping him away more than being at home till he deploys......Blah....At least he will be home for the major holidays this year and next......I am thankful for that.

I feel your pain. It keeps hitting me how close it is. What's really sad right now is we aren't even sure if he will be here X-mas day. Right now, his date to leave for training (They do six weeks in TX before they deploy each time) is right around X-mas.

I feel the same way. Majority of my sentences start like that too.
I broke down and cried yesterday. Only 2 more months and he'll be gone. I almost wish it would just start already so I can start looking forward to him coming home.

Yea I know the feeling. I am just nervous the twins are 2 and I am working now and not living in my hometown anymore. Luckily DH was stationed in Beaufort, SC where I kinda grew up so my mom lived there. Now we are over six hours away, I'll figure it out I always do it just is going to be a little more difficult.

Me too! A little over a year ago I put him on a plane for 5 months.... and almost ago to the day that he left he got his orders.... with a report by in Dec. Another missed Christmas, anniversary, well everything.... he'll be gone 12 months... It's hard, but it's part of your life.... I start a thought then have to stop and say well maybe when you get home... or I guess we'll see... at this point I wish it was time to leave already so I could start counting down to homecoming!

I know how you feel too. Every conversation I have with DB now, includes something along those lines. I hate thinking that way though because I feel like its just making the impending separation worse.
