Wow.
(Didn't know where to post)
I just woke up from a call from my DB saying that he seriously could be leaving early as late fall of this year instead of the spring next year. SURPRISE!  I've already done one deployment and he just came back from Iraq in November... so I guess we have to wait until then to find out for sure. (Because they have automatically have the one year off, I guess) I'm a constant CNN'er and I know the President has approved for a bigger surge of 68,000.. and some are pushing for 80,000. Ugh, but this is too soon for me.I'm going to need a boatload of chocolate and a grande double chocolatey chip frap to even get out of bed.

Im sorry. my db leaves at the end of next week. Im cheery now but holy crap when that day comes...

That's awful! You will get through this though! The sooner he deploys, the sooner you can see him again!

Same thing for my DH.... We though he would be leaving winter/spring...... instead he's leaving in just over a month  It sucks having such a short notice!!
