Eating Habits - Deployment Preparation

So I was wondering if I am not alone on this. My db is about to go underway tom and I have no appetite to eat, it's not intentionally. It seems that I am just not hungry. Is this strange, or is it because my emotions are all over the place?

I am going through the same thing. Once DB left for boot I stopped eating a lot for a while; got back on track, and having just come back from seeing him graduate and not being able to hear from him for who knows how long, I'm back to not wanting to eat/not being hungry. It gets better. Just remember you have to eat, even if you aren't hungry - even if it is just a PB&J sammich.

i did the same thing. eat fruit if you can its high energy and will help boost your mood. I reccomend any kind of smoothie.

It can go either way at any time for me. The good thing for me is that to this point I have not gained any weight thank god!!!! Dont worry, your appetite will come back.

Try peanut butter too. Or take the time (and the money) to go to the store and get your favorites, that way you want to eat!
