These are some really great tips especially for someone who doesn't really know much about the military. I am really glad I found this forum!!! Any suggestions for how to calm my nerves before the big return?

    Thanks

Not sure if it's been mentioned before, but put your ombudsman's (or service specific equivalent) phone number in your cell phone so you have it incase you need it.

THIS IS SO SO HELPFUL!!!! " Its Only Temporary" I just keep telling myself that. So many couples do it everyday and we/I can do it too!
