It's make-it-or-break-it time b/c DH is leaving for training. It's our first deployment. If I could get a bunch of input on a checklist, I might stop feeling like I need to find the damn brake pedal!
Have: -power of attorney -will -copy of drill weekend orders and travel orders for his training, no AD orders ![]() -Skype ![]() -webcam ![]() -TriCare app. filled out but not sent due to not eligible in DEERS due to no AD orders ![]() ![]() -second car taken care of -dropping him from my HI coverage at work once I get back to work -suspending his cell service once we figure out how long he'll be stateside -AbLounge for part in master plan to be a 30lbs hotter wife when he returns ![]() Anything else?

Yeah, it was a sweet little thought from my brother for Christmas. I figure my weight is going to fluctuate at first, what with the heartbreak diet. Then I'm going to hit the gym at work on work days and use the AbLounge at night and on off days. I've been playing with it so far, and it is very easy to use. With ab workouts, the key is to push your ribs down toward your abdomin. If I remember to do this, the machine itself is quite effective and I don't get the backaches.
