No problem. Just trying to help out the masses. We already have so many issues to deal with since our husbands are gone and since my FRG isn't doing much to put out good information, I thought I would. I just thought this would help everyone.

If I remember right, most of the activities you can do alone. I think that some, you may want to grab some friends or a friend, but overall, I think the book is set up for you to make it through the deployment and still be sane at the end with or without help. Hope that helps.

I think that is why they put the mascot Sammy in, to be with you the whole time. It's a really well thought out book. I contacted the publisher and they said that it was at the printer now, so it should be coming out in the next couple of weeks.
