    Deployment Pal needed!

My SO deploys in September, and even if we do have time before he leaves I'd love to have someone to chat with before he leaves and during his deployment!

Sometimes we think of military spouse as a female but I am a male with a deployed spouse and sometimes I get so exhausted with everything that goes on in a day. My hats off to single parents who do it on their own with no military spouse. I just spend a lot of time in the gym and try to stay fit. I'll look for other posts.

Sara, I am a male spouse and my wife has been gone only 3 short months and it feels like my heart literally aches at night. Sexually things have been so disrupted also. Just being honest. I am so exhausted at night and that is when I get my rest still don't sleep well at night. It's tougher when your left back in an area where you have no support. Even now in the summer time I really don't get a break because now I make all 3 meals during the day. How about yourself??
