Lookin for a special pal!
Hey anyone interested in being a deployment buddy? I'm at the 6 months point and really starting to need this sort of things. I don't have time to write like constantly but most likely every other day or so if that's what you're up for. Just looking for someone at the same kinda place as me. I'm a college student so maybe someone can relate to that...lotsa stress with the college **** trying to keep your mind on that even though you can't stop thinking about him.... Anyways let me know if anyone is interested or has any questions |

I totally know what you mean, when I was in college and my hubby was still in basic training it was really hard for me to talk to my friends and roommates about my situation since they weren't going through what I was going through. I also changed a lot during college, I was always up for party/gatherings and being out but then it all changed when my hubby joined the army, I became more to myself, stayed in my room a lot and less outgoing with my peers but I'm not used to how college life was before especially since now I am a mommy and a stay at home mom. My senior year in college I was already pregnant with our first baby so I was always home and my friends were supportive even though they didnt get it at times but I always turned to the military forums for support.
