    While I understand the concept about the plastic bags I think charging for paper is silly as it is so much more reusable. Charging for plastic in higher amounts I think will make an impact. I try to use my reusable bags but I forgot them a lot in the car amidst grabbing the baby etc. and paper bags are cumbersome so the option of having them if paid for makes the most sense to me.

    I also think it is ridiculous when naggers put 1/2 items per bag really irks me.
