I think it's more likely (and I heard this reported on NPR) that he had been subjected to a lot of harassment from military members because of his religion and ethnicity, which, combined with all the other stressors, probably contributed to him "snapping."

We do not know his mental state, we don't know his motive.

Based on his degree, his practices, his family history, being that he was born here, no, my mind did not automatically point to "terrorist." That, to me, is extremely wrong.

I am not sure on eithier I think its really hard for some people to look past the muslim influence. Just because the way everything was portraed with 9/11 it was a huge culture shock to everyone. And honestly I think alot of people still judge people on there religion because of the fact of everything that happend.

Is it right no , But do they do it yes

I'll be a big person and admit I've done it I'll be keeping an eye on this debate I'd like to see everyone thoughts

This, and the OP is borderline of starting a witch hunt and insulting an entire group of people. I think it needs to be stopped before it starts.
