For some people, yes, for other no.
For me, I couldn't be in a polyamorous relationship, but I know that for some people monogamy isn't what makes them happy. It's relative.

I will add that its only realistic for those that choose that lifestyle... Like JenniferLynn said, some people do not choose the lifesyle because its not what they want and there is nothing wrong with that (IMO)...
But OP if you are getting at the whole "no one seems to stay together anymore, more people are cheating & cant stay faithful" side of the argument, thats a society/morals/values problem
