S/O of what would you do(men hitting women)

Do you think it's okay for men to hit women if they hit them first, or do you believe men should never raise their hand to a woman, no matter the circumstance?

I don't think that a women has any more a right to hit a man. It's never ok, esp in a relationship where two people are suppose to love and take care of eachother.

I dont think its alright for a women to hit a man or a man to hit a women. But if a women hits a man I cant say I would feel bad if the man hit her back - I feel the same about if a man hits a women and then the women hit the man back.

Neither should hit, unless if it was full on life depended on it self defense. Not, she slapped me and I had to hit back out of "self defense". Walking away is often an option.

Self defense is fair game for anyone... if I was seriously coming at DH I would expect him to restrain me and if that was not an option, knock me out...

I am Kindof on a fence about this one. If I went after DH and if he just tried to shove me off of him that's fine. But if he actually doubled up his fist at me Hell no thats not ok. Kinda a double standard I mean I hit like a guy and I have a good arm. But my DH could def do some damage..
