it absolutely drives me nuts when i see a woman who weighs 300 lbs trying to squeeze into a size 4...i don't wear a size 4 and i bounce between 135 and 140...as a matter of fact on my campus i see plenty of girls wearing shirts so low their nipples are going to pop out and i personally don't want to see that. i know its their body but have a little courtesy for the rest of us...if you are proud of you body fine, if you want to wear sexy clothes fine, but please wear the right size

oh ya'll can move this to vent if you want

I could care less honestly. Who's to say they can afford clothes that fit them right? I know for me to get the perfect fitting jeans I pay well over a hundred dollars a pair.

Good point! I am very over weight and I know that when I buy clothes they are very expensive. I try to buy oversized clothes for me....way to self conscious to wear something that is too small. I will admit though that I do cringe when I see someone wearing really tight jeans and a shorter shirt with their belly hanging out.

I am not voting on the poll because I would have chose annoyed. I really dislike seeing anyone in the wrong size. You can be smaller and still be wearing clothes you should not be wearing. I feel that anyone can look good and beautiful no matter their size if they make the effort to buy clothes in their size when they shop for them. It bothers me when I see people wearing clothes brands like GAP and Old Navy and other places that you know they spent some money in and the clothes are at least 2 sizes too small. It only makes them look worse. And they are usually the ones flaunting around like super models.

i don't really care too much. it's their perogative. if they feel sexy in what they wear, more power to them. would i personally dress that way if i were overweight?? no. most of those girls on campus sqeezed into low-cut shirts are just looking for attention. It runs deeper than a simple look in the mirror before they walk out the door...

Im fat but I wear clothes that are in my size...Old Navy wouldnt have made the clothes in my size if I wasnt supposed to wear them...

If it's deliberate that pretty much means that they are comfortable with how they look so I'd give them props.

To each their own. When I was 17 and lived in ca I was as thin as a rail and wore daisy dukes (when they were in style) and half shirts. They fit, just showed the bottom of my buttcheeks. I didn't have love handles etc.

If they have enough confidence to wear that then great. I think it takes a VERY confident woman to wear something "revealing" and not neccasarily have the "typical" body for it.

That being said you wouldnt catch me in daisy dukes or half shirts now. Plus I am 31. I would look pretty silly I think hehe. My jeans fit but are the snugfit flare (when not pregnant and I fit in em

) but ALL my shirts cover my tummy. Thats just how I am and my self confidence which is low.

I personally don't care. I saw a girl a few days ago at the mall that had jeans on so tight that she looked like she had a massive pot belly that went from the front to the back and a halter top shirt to make sure she showed all of that off. If she can look in the mirror and still walk out the door, then more power to her...
