I'm for them as long as the to be groom is not going to take it to the point where he has a "fling" because he feels like a bachelor party entitles him to that.
I had my bachelorette party last night with a stripper...did I go home with him and sleep with him? NO. It was awkward that he was pushing me to put my hands on his ass. LMAO! DF knew what it was about and was cool with it. And he can have a stripper if his guys do that for him...so long as he understands that posing for pics is one thing, touching and "doing" her is another.
If you cannot get past my size and my exterior, there is no way I'm letting you know how great I am on the inside as bestsellers are not judged by their covers"

    I wish there was a "I don't care" option

As long as he doesn't come home covered in glitter and smelling like stripper poon, I don't really care.

    I don't see why they're a bad thing

I mean, if you are about to get married, you should be over petty little jealousy issues like that. "Oh god, he might look at a stripper... " does not foretell a good marriage

Totally for them, if a woman is too insecure to allow her man one night with his immature buddies, possible strippers, and unquestioned overindulgence in booze, then it's good to find that out before vows are spoken.

I will have a bachelorette party with my friends, and he will have a bachelor party with his. I have no problem with it.

He knows the "rules" we have in our relationship, and I trust that he will stick to them. Just as I know them and will stick to them. (looking is fine... touching, not so much)

If I didn't trust him I wouldn't be marrying him!
