I have never heard of that before. I know that if Trent was to participate in any activities he will have to maintain a level of good grades.

I have a nephew that is skipping school and not listening to his teachers but his parents still allow him to swim and play baseball. "It is his outlet"

My daughter will have rules here at home about her grades.. in order to participate in ANYTHING (gymnastics, cheer or whatever, even if not school related) her grades will have to be up to par. I have no problem with the rule at all.

Well, I'm what I am and I'm what I'm not
and I'm sure happy with what Iíve got
I live to love and laugh alot
    and thatís all I need

For instance, sea cadets (my husband is a CO of a unit) and jr handling for the AKC...Your children have to maintain a certain GPA.

If my kids cant keep there grades at an acceptable level then no they will not be able to have extracirrucular activities. They will spend more time studying.
