    to be a genius?

would you want to be one?

while i think it'd be awesome to be that smart i think it'd be really difficult to be isolated from friends and not be able to relate to others.

Well I know that my DH's IQ is in the 'genius' bracket.. he tested at 146 when he was in 6th grade. He had a hard time related to people who didnt get things the way he did and in school b/c he got bored. He makes me feel dumb on a daily basis but doesnt realize he's doing it. Its simply amazing to watch him when he gets on a subject that he knows about and watch him solve problems. It blows me away. I am just fine have my 'average' IQ. I got street smarts and thats enough for me.

My DH's IQ also in the "Genius" bracket. Its intimidating sometimes. I always though that I was pretty smart and above average, but if I was compared to DH he would win hands down!!
I think it would be interesting to know almost everything, but I think it would be VERY hard to relate to "normal" people. I would love to switch places with a genius for one day, just to know how it feels.

Hmm is it about 120 or 140? I can't remember.

ETA: Neither of us are geniuses. But we like to learn about new things, so that's good enough for me.
