Cola Pot Roast
I have been told by several friends that it's great and I have to try it so today I am being brave
. I will let you know how it trrns out. Right now it looks like someone threw up n my crock pot.![]() Cola Crock Pot Pot Roast 3lb roast 2 can's cream of mushroom soup 2 160z bottles of diet cola 1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix Mix and pour over roast in crock pot. Cook on high 6 hours. We will see.

So how was it?? I have heard great things about it too when it is made that way but I have never had it though-please DO let us know, I'm interested

Damn. I did a post about how it turned out but I guess it never went through,
it turned out really good. The meat was very moist and tender. Their was no taste of cola and by the time it was done cooking it looked like how I make pot roast. I would add my own seasoning for taste. I didn't want to do it this time because I didn't know what it would taste like. Extra salt, peper, garlic and onion would have been ok. I will make it again. Like I said it made it very moist and tender.
