Easiest Crockpot Chicken EVER.
I will admit that I didn't search the forum for this recipe beforehand because everyone names their recipes differently. This recipe is so easy and yummy and useful in so many different dishes that I have to pass it on though. I make it at least a few times a month and the meat just falls apart and is SO GOOD.
Ingredients: 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (fresh or frozen) 2 cans of diced tomatoes (small for a little bit of tomato, large for a lot, depending on your tastes) 2 cans of diced green chilis 2 packets of taco seasoning Instructions: Throw it all in the crock pot and cook for 4-6 hours (adjust time depending on temp of chicken and crock pot). Drain off extra liquid and use in tacos, casseroles, salads, burritos, or whatever you can think of!

Mmm that does sound good.
I made a whole chicken in the crock pot yesterday and it was SO good and super easy. Just a can of chicken broth a whole perseasoned chicken on low for 8 hours. It just fell apart and was so tasty. |
