    Help Left Over Beef Roast?

    Advertisements
The other night, I made a beef roast for DH and I actually ate some - been craving meat for what ever reason. We have about 1.5lbs left and we have to use either the crock pot, George Forman Grill, microwave, or electirc large fondue pot to cook for the next 4 days because my gas ran out and, in pure Guam fashion, they can't come out until Thursday (and just to add a little, we have also had no AC for the last week and my dryer broke yesterday so it's been a Guam-tastic week). (Only our stove is gas).

Anyway, I'm trying to do something with the left over beef roast in the crock pot for tonight's dinner but I'm at a total loss because it's been a long, long time since I've had left over meat in the house. Give me LOTS of ideas! The only thing that I can think of is a beef stew but I'd rather not do that because it doesn't really change the meal much from what it was originally.
