The only thing I would add is a side of Mexican Rice and black beans. The chicken just fell apart when I took it out

    Yum!

I love cooking frozen chicken breasts in the crockpot. I'll do buffalo chicken sometimes. Other times, I add just a cup of salsa or a can of Rotel, to have shredded chicken for tacos or enchiladas. It's such a simple way to cook chicken.

It was really good except the chicken was a bit dry. Probably over cooked it a little but I will be making it again

Did you put it back in for the hour to soak up the juice? Just wondering if that would prevent it from tasting dried out?

nummy. my go to crock pot recipe is chicken breast, a cup of coke and BBQ sauce.

i shred my chicken pretty early on into the cooking process because it gets so much more moist and tender when it's able to simmer. tastes just like pulled pork only healthier!

i'm going to try the buffalo sauce next!
