    Crockpot junkies!

What's everyone's favorite crockpot recipe? I love the thing, and the more meals I can make in it, the better.

I've got chili simmering today...chock full of meat, beans, peppers, and onions. I went home for lunch on my break, like I always do, and it smelled heavenly.

Fav recipe: Paula Dean Taco Soup

1 lb ground beef (as lean as possible)
    3 cans pinto beans
2 cans tomatoes with green chills
    1 can white corn
1 package taco seasoning (I prefer the hot & spicy pack to the mild)
    1 package ranch dressing

Top with chips, sour cream (if you like it - I don't) & cheddar cheese.

This is perfect on a cold day or for a day of football. Great alternative to chili.

    And guess what?! NO BUTTER!

That sounds really good! It would probably be good with chicken too.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings Recipe - Allrecipes.com

I made this last winter on a group ski trip and it was SOOOOOO yummy!!!
the chicken was so moist and falling apart; the dumpling/dough was soaked in soup flavor and I put in a dash of pepper for a little kick.
    I highly recommend

This sounds reeeeally good. How long do you cook it, and on high or low?

my favorite is slow cooked baked apples.
Just cut em up and coat them in cimmon and brown sugar, half a cup of water or lemon juice and let cooked on low for 4 to 6 hours
