This recipe is so easy to make *and* freakin' delcious!

2 boneless/skinless chicken breast chopped in bite sized pieces
1 small can corn drained
1 can (15 oz) dark red kidney beans
1 can (15 oz) light red kidney beans
1 small jar of salsa (I used medium)
16 oz of no-salt added tomato sauce
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 onion - chopped

1. Put beans, salsa, chili powder and tomato sauce in crockpot and mix together.
2. Top with mixture of corn, chicken and onion but do not combine the two mixtures.
3. Cook on low 6-8 hours (I did 8)
4. Stir together and serve with melted cheese or low fat sour cream

This was so delicious! The recipe actually called for chicken thighs (cheaper) but I had some breasts that I needed to use up and I added a little cumin for that added smokey flavor. Hope you guys like it!
