I've had good pot roast before but this recipe is just delicious. It came out perfect and is getting printed and put in my recipe box right now.

lol I was just wondering cuz I have a very large crock pot but I can't imagine being able to fit 6 full potatoes along with the roast and everything else! I was thinkin maybe some of those small red potatoes if I can find some...

We almost go those but they're just so much more expensive. I just made a layer of potatoes to cover the bottom, then sprinkled baby carrots, and then the celery.I wish we would have had mushrooms. I think they would have been really good in it.
