    Last time I made them in the crockpot I added some chicken broth.
    I season them with rosemary, garlic powder, seasalt, pepper, some cumin and I also added minced garlic to the crockpot and then a half can of cream of chicken and a half a chopped onion.

    Ooops I forgot to add that I added rice to the crockpot the last hour or half hour of cooking it.

    I don't cook them in the crock pot... Although, I think you could adapt this for that...

    4-5 boneless skinless chicken breast cubed
    Place chicken in glass 9x13 pan

    Mix 2 pkgs of Knorr Pesto Mix
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 cup of water... stir well pour over chicken
    cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350

    Serve over Angel hair pasta cooked altente
    With Parmesan on the side ... Serves 4.

    (My family loves this and I serve it for company)

    Cut up potatoes and carrots, throw them in then add 1 package chicken breasts. Pour half a bottle of zesty italian dressing and cook.

    Cut 4-5 boneless chicken breast into cubes
    Season with Cavendar's Greek seasoning
    Toss in flour and saute in oil till browned ...

    drain, set aside saute one chopped onion in oil
    add 1 10z pkg of spinach (Well drained) to heat

    In large bowl put in 1 lb of cooked spaghetti
    toss in the onion, spiach, chicken and 1 8oz bottle
    of Italian salad dressing, toss with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

    Serves 6.

    (my family loves this... and I serve it for company)

    Got these form this site I believe..

    2 or 3 split chicken breasts, skins off
    can cr of mushroom soup
    4 oz cream cheese
    pkt dry Italian seasoning
    ( c dry white wine or cooking wine)
    (White rice)
    8 oz broccoli florets
    Dinner rolls
    Soften cream cheese in microwave. Mix cream cheese, cr of chicken soup, Italian seasoning and wine until smooth in crock pot. Add chicken. Cook on low 6 hrs. Serve chicken and creamy gravy over rice.
    Serve with steamed broccoli and rolls.

    Cheesy Crockpot Chicken - Version 1

    Ingredients
    3 whole boneless chicken breasts
    2 cans cream chicken soup
    1 can cheddar cheese soup

    Preparation
    Remove all fat and skin from chicken; rinse and pat dry, sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Put in crockpot and add the three soups straight from the cans. Cook on low all day (at least 8 hrs) do not lift the lid. Serve over rice or noodles.
