you made WHAT with Orange soda!?
yep, pulled pork sandwiches.
![]() ingredients: 1 boneless, skinless pork shoulder roast 1 2 liter bottle of orange soda (amount used depends on size of crock pot) 1 bottle of bbq sauce (i use the sweet kind with brown sugar in it) onion buns (hamburger buns, but onion buns are the best) get a roast with as little fat as possible. put raw roast in crockpot and cover completely with orange soda until the roast is completely submerged in orange soda. cook on high for about 1/2 an hour and then on low approx 8 hours +/-. pull roast out and drain soda. using 2 forks, shred the pork. put back in the crockpot on low and add bbq sauce to taste. the flavor is so good by itself i don't add seasonings or anything, but you can add salt and pepper if you desire. put a glob of it on a bun and you're good to go. SOOOOOO EASY and SOOOOO GOOD ![]() I'm new to cooking, still learning, I made this last night for my parents and DB and they all loved it yay me. lol.
