I've made pulled pork and bbq chicken in the crockpot.. I made a brisket too, that turned out really yummy! For the pulled pork and chicken I use, 1 cup ketchup, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 3 Tbsps. of worcestershire sauce, and 1 1/2 tsps of mesquite liquid smoke.

Well, I'm what I am and I'm what I'm not
and I'm sure happy with what Iíve got
I live to love and laugh alot
    and thatís all I need

If I added BBQ sauce to my roast, it could've been that.

I made roast beef sandwiches from the roast in my crock pot!
