I had some in Scotland and it is AMAZING. I wouldn't trust it form a crockpot, though

To the best of my recollection and without the aid of google, I THINK it's a whole bunch of different meats ground up with spices and shoved in a sheep's stomach and boiled. Then they cut open the stomach and you eat the meat part. It's super tender!
