When I'm not sure what I want to do for supper, I dump a bag of IQF chix parts or thighs into the crockpot and throw some seasoned salt, garlic and thyme on top of them. I let this mess cook all day on LOW or 3-4 hours on HIGH, and then when I get home, not only does the kitchen smell amazing, it gives me cooked chicken to work with. I can serve it as-is or put it in other things like salads, noodle casseroles, or whatever.
